We have owned rental property in Te Awamutu since 1996 and over the last few years when tenants move out we are getting the properties managed. We have had some long term vacancies with the firm we were using telling us there was no one around suitable to rent the property. We talked to another agent when we had another vacancy and she promised to call me the next day to go and view our unit…………..that was over a year ago and we are still waiting! I phoned Rachel and met with her and found Rachel to be enthusiastic and competent. We no longer have long vacancies. Once a tenancy has commenced Rachel inspects the property in a timely manner and promptly informs us of any maintenance issues. She relates well to both tenants and landlords and all feel comfortable contacting her if there are any problems. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Elite Rental Management and it is our intention to slowly shift our rentals over to Rachel’s expert management and we would happily recommend Rachel and her company to others.
